On 11th August 2010 Amadeus FiRe received the following voting right
announcements:

1) Notifying Entity:
Sun Life Financial Inc.

We hereby give notice that the Notifying Party has fallen below the
threshold of 5 percent of the voting rights in Amadeus FiRe AG, Frankfurt
am Main, Germany on 6 August 2010 (based on transfer of ownership).
On 6 August 2010, the Notifying Party held 4.99 percent of the voting
rights (259,767 votes).
All of the voting rights are attributed to the Notifying Party pursuant to
§ 22 Abs. 1 S. 1 Nr. 6 of the WpHG in conjunction with § 22 Abs. 1 S. 2 of
the WpHG, whereby more than 3 percent of the voting rights were held by MFS
International New Discovery Fund.

2) Notifying Entity:
Sun Life Global Investments Inc.
Toronto, Canada

We hereby give notice that the Notifying Party has fallen below the
threshold of 5 percent of the voting rights in Amadeus FiRe AG, Frankfurt
am Main, Germany on 6 August 2010 (based on transfer of ownership).
On 6 August 2010, the Notifying Party held 4.99 percent of the voting
rights (259,767 votes).
All of the voting rights are attributed to the Notifying Party pursuant to
§ 22 Abs. 1 S. 1 Nr. 6 of the WpHG in conjunction with § 22 Abs. 1 S. 2 of
the WpHG, whereby more than 3 percent of the voting rights were held by MFS
International New Discovery Fund.

We hereby give notice that the Notifying Party has fallen below the
threshold of 5 percent of the voting rights in Amadeus FiRe AG, Frankfurt
am Main, Germany on 6 August 2010 (based on transfer of ownership).
On 6 August 2010, the Notifying Party held 4.99 percent of the voting
rights (259,767 votes).
All of the voting rights are attributed to the Notifying Party pursuant to
