We hereby publish the following correction of a voting rights notification
which we received on March 10, 2010:

Hereby we, Mourant & Co. Limited, St. Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands,
United Kingdom give notice that on 22 December 2008 our voting rights in
alstria office REIT-AG exceeded each of the thresholds of 3 %, 5 %, 10 %,
15 %, 20 %, 25 %, 30 % and 50 %, and, as per that date, amounted to 52.04 %
(corresponding to 29,143,501 voting rights). All of such 52.04 %
(corresponding to 29,143,501 voting rights) are attributable to Mourant &
Co. Limited pursuant to Sec. 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG through Juris
Limited and Mourant Ireland Limited.
