Reduction in the Total Number of Voting Rights after Withdrawal of Treasury
Shares
Kapfenberg, 30 April 2012

Pursuant to Section 93(1) of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act, Pankl Racing
Systems AG hereby gives notice that the total number of voting rights
amounts to 3,150,000 by the end of April 2012.

Through withdrawal of 350,000 treasury shares, the share capital of Pankl
Racing Systems AG has been reduced by EUR 350,000 to EUR 3,150,000
effective 4 April 2012. The share capital is now divided into a total of
3,150,000 no-par value shares (previously: 3,150,000 no-par value shares).
