[Düsseldorf, 30 April 2012] IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG hereby announces
that at the end of the month April 2012 the number of voting rights amounts
to a total of 633.384.923. The change of total voting rights is effective
as of 11 April 2012. On that date the mandatory conversion of the
convertible bonds (ISIN DE000A0SMN11), issued in December 2008, was
executed.
