  - Turnover increased by over 35% to reach EUR 3,146 K

  - A slight increase in EBITDA to EUR 522 K

  - Annual profit totalled EUR 690 K

Your Family Entertainment AG (WKN: 540 891/ ISIN: DE 000 540 8918,
Abbreviation: RTV) is showing a positive result for the seventh year in
succession.

The turnover of Your Family Entertainment AG increased during the 2011
reporting period from EUR 2,325 K to EUR 3,146 K. This year, sales revenues
were achieved in the 'License Sales' area in full. Earnings before
interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) totalled EUR 522 K
(last year: EUR 506 K). The results from ordinary activities totalled EUR
705 K compared with EUR 677 K during the previous year. Totalling EUR 690
K, annual net profit in 2011 is a little over that of the previous year
(EUR 665 K).

As at 31 December 2011, Your Family Entertainment AG recorded a subscribed
capital in total of EUR 8,793 K, a capital reserve of EUR 2,333 K and a
retained profit in total of EUR 1,027 K. 

During the reporting period, investment in total of EUR 493 K were made 
(last year: EUR 341 K).

Family Entertainment AG this year as well. The 2011 financial year was a
good year for our company. With the cinema film 'Happily N'ever After' from
the producers of Shrek 1, 2 and 3, we acquired one of the most globally
successful European animation films and we were also able to continue the
growth of the Pay TV channel 'yourfamily' that started in 2007.
The key focus of our future activities is the responsible continuation of
the company through growth in existing and new areas of business under the
premise of increasing the value of our company and therefore creating
sustainable value.'
