World Markets AG  posted a pre-tax profit of CHF 232k in 2011. At its
meeting on 7 May 2012 the Board of Directors released the audited financial
statements prepared under IFRS.

With net profits of CHF 232K / CHF 0.06 net per share, the company achieved
its goals with the new strategy set in August 2011. The full 2011 annual

The company's Annual General Meeting will take place on 11 June 2012. The
