VINX Index Information: Adjustment of VINX Benchmark Index (VINXB) due to share distribution in Betsson AB (12/12)

The board of Betsson B (BETS B) (ISIN: SE0000102378) has resolved on a
distribution of shares in Angler Gaming plc (ANGL), whereby every one (1) share
in BETS B entitles their holder to one (1) share in ANGL. The Ex-date has been
set to July 2, 2012. 

ANGL is scheduled for listing on Aktietorget on July 6, 2012.

The NASDAQ OMX Global Index Group will act and adjust BETS B in accordance to
the 'Rules for the Construction and Maintenance of the NASDAQ OMX and Oslo Børs
All-Share, Benchmark, Tradable and Sector Indexes', version 1.9.4, rule 5.7.1
(Valuation Method). 

The valuation of ANGL is based on the median value from five valuations from
members of the Exchange. The valuation of ANGL has been set to 0.66SEK per
share. The opening value of BETS B on the Ex-day shall be determined at the
most recent transaction price less the valuation value of ANGL.
