Venatus Interactive PLC: William Hill launches Passoker in front of the 2012 UEFA European Football Championships

London, Monday, June 11, 2012 - Ahead of the start of the 2012 UEFA
European Football Championships which kicked off last Friday, William Hill
Online has launched the Passoker in-play betting product, a 20 % holding of
Venatus Interactive plc.

The new game was initially slated for launch in February following the
signing of a supply agreement in January.

'With a summer packed full of sport just about to start, this is the
perfect time for us to launch Passoker,' said Jim Mullen, chief operating
officer for William Hill Online. 'It will allow us to offer our players a
whole new, fun and exciting way to bet in-play.'

William Hill is one of three operators, alongside Victor Chandler and
JenningsBet, to have so far entered into an agreement to feature the
real-time gaming product which allows players to bet on what will happen
next in live sporting events and other televised programmes.

Passoker CEO Stuart Carr added: 'We are incredibly excited that Passoker is
now fully live on WilliamHill.com. This is a real endorsement of the game
and we look forward to developing further Passoker products with William
Hill.'
