TOM TAILOR successfully starts into the Christmas season - like-for-like growth of 22% in November

Hamburg, 7 December 2011 - Sales for the 2011 Christmas season have got off to a good start for TOM TAILOR Holding AG. In November 2011 the company posted like-for-like growth in the Retail segment (including e-commerce) of 21.9%.

According to information provided by the trade magazine TextilWirtschaft, the textile sector in Germany grew by an average of 2% in November (Source: TextilWirtschaft newsletter dated 6.12.11). TOM TAILOR has thus clearly surpassed the average market growth which makes the company confident to also finish the fourth quarter of 2011 in its retail business successfully.

At the end of November 2011 TOM TAILOR had 238 own retail stores (compared to 158 stores at the end of 2010) in Germany and abroad.
