new i-d media AG, Berlin, a company 49%-owned by TIG Themis Industries
Group GmbH & Co. KGaA (ISIN: DE000A0XYL04), today entered into a strategic
cooperation agreement with Riese Media GmbH, Hamburg. The cooperation
focuses on a joint expansion of the customer and sales base in the area of
Digital New Media. Riese Media GmbH, a strategic holding company focusing
on Digital Market Management & Communications, led by former Pixelpark
Chairman Michael Riese, over the last months has put together digital
partner companies with annual sales of EUR 55 million. new i-d media AG's
reported sales for 2010 are expected to be around EUR 10 million.
