At a meeting on 29 November 2011, Tivoli A/S's Supervisory Board agreed on the
financial calendar for 2012. The calendar was immediately afterwards uploaded
to tivoli.dk. 
We regret that the financial calendar was not sent to NASDAQ OMX at that time.

20 March: Annual Financial Report 2011

30 April: Annual General Meeting

30 May: Interim Report Q1 2012

15 August: Interim Report Q2 2012

26 November: Interim Report Q3 2012

Attendance figures are announced after the summer season, Halloween in Tivoli
and Christmas in Tivoli respectively.
