SOTKAMO SILVER APPLIES FOR SECONDARY LISTING ON NASDAQ OMX HELSINKI.



Sotkamo Silver AB ('Sotkamo Silver') has applied earlier today for a parallel
listing on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd, Helsinki Stock Exchange. Parallel trade
is expected to commence on or about 9th July 2012. 

Sotkamo Silver shares are listed on the NGM Equity stock exchange in Stockholm,
Sweden since February 2004 (NGM: SOSI). As a Swedish listed company on the NGM
Equity stock exchange in Stockholm, is Sotkamo Silver subject to the Swedish
Securities Markets Act and the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance. The
Company publishes Annual and Quarterly Reports in Swedish. 

Sotkamo Silver AB has prepared a prospectus in Swedish for application for
listing of the Company's shares and equity rights. The prospectus was published
on May 31st for issues and trading of the shares and equity rights at the NGM
Equity Stock Exchange, 2012. It was approved by the Swedish Financial
Supervisory Authority. The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has
officially been notified by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority that
the prospectus also applies for listing of shares and equity rights on the
Helsinki Stock Exchange. Prospectus and Summary in Finnish can be found at

Finnish investors to buy our shares from NGM in Stockholm. Sotkamo Silver has

of our Helsinki-listing, it will be much easier for Finnish investors to invest
in our shares. I think we are an interesting investment for many Finns, as we
are the only mining-company with silver and one of the very active 'junior
