Results of Annual General Meeting


The Company is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting held
earlier today, all the resolutions were duly passed.  Prior to the meeting,
one of the incumbent directorial nominees, Mr. William Hutchison, announced
his decision to step down from the Board and withdrew his name as a
candidate for re-election to devote his full time and attention to another
company that is in the process of going public.

Consequently, resolutions re-electing Paul Amsellem, Nicholas Camilleri,
Martin J. Doane, Paul E. Heney, Adam Kravitz and Renah Persofsky as
directors were passed, as well as a special resolution appointing Moore
Stephens LLP as the Company’s auditors for 2008 and authorizing the
directors to fix the auditor’s remuneration.

Martin Doane, CEO of Silverback, commented: 'Bill Hutchison has been a
valuable advisor since before the Company went public. I thank Bill for his
insight and leadership throughout Silverback's transition to becoming a
public company. On behalf of the management and Board, I wish him every
success in his new endeavour.
