First Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Sberbank of Russia was held

June 1, 2012, Moscow - For the first time ever annual meeting of a Russian company was broadcasted in Internet in two languages - Russian and English. Broadcast audience exceeded 15 thousand persons, among them 1,650 were English speaking persons. Over 60 journalists covered the meeting from Sberbank's press-center, 14 of them were from regional mass media.

Elena Lycheva, 'Volzhskaya kommuna' (Samara): 'I really appreciate the way the meeting as arranged. We have all conditions to work, including wi-fi. I would like hear more news for regions.'

Elena Sitnikova, ITAR-TASS: 'I have been working with Sberbank for pretty long time, and I can compare. They began to treat journalists much better, all journalists without exceptions.'

Maksim Trishin, Obeschania Ru project: 'I liked the way it was organized in general. There are wi-fi, tea, coffee. It will become even better if all promises declared here come true. We will keep an eye on it. That's the mission of our project.'

Other innovations implemented by Sberbank to cover the annual meeting, - video was broadcasted to Facebook, texted in Twitter. Besides 8 active participants of the blogging community also attended the event.

The meeting approved annual report of the bank for 2011, annual accounting statement of the bank for 2011, recommendations of the Supervisory Board on distribution of dividends for 2011.

The meeting elected new composition of the Supervisory Board and Audit Commission of the Bank.

Approved the Auditor of Sberbank of Russia for 2012 and QI of 2013. It the audit company CJSC 'Ernst & Young Vneshaudit.'

The meeting approved revised Charter of Sberbank of Russia. Also the meeting resolved to pay compensation to members of the Supervisory Board and Audit Commission of Sberbank of Russia.
