Baltika's consolidated retail sales revenue for April totalled 3,897 thousand
euros and decreased by 3% compared to April previous year in a situation where
the sales area shrunk by 8%. Retail sales efficiency (sales/m²) increased in
April by 6%. 

In the month of April, retail revenue increased by 3% in Baltic region (in
Estonia 2%, in Latvia 11% and in Lithuania decreased by 1%). Retail sales
revenue in Eastern Europe region decreased by 5% (including 2% increase in
Ukraine and 11% decrease in Russia). 

In the month of April, comparable stores sales (LFL) per square metre increased
by 3%. Growth was achieved in Estonia (+2%), in Latvia (+9%), in Russia (+4%),
in Ukraine (+2%) and in Lithuania comparable stores sales per square metre
remained at the same level as last year. In local currencies, comparable store
sales per square metre decreased in Russia by 1% and in Ukraine by 6%. 

Wholesale increased in April by 12%.

Baltika's consolidated sales revenue for April totalled 4,229 thousand euros
and decreased by 1% compared to April previous year.

At the end of April Baltika Group had 108 stores with a total sales area of
21,807 square metres. 

Consolidated sales revenue for the first four months totalled 16,872 thousand
euros (+5% yoy), including retail revenues of 15,428 thousand euros (+4% yoy)
and wholesale revenues of 1,075 thousand euros (2% yoy). 

Four months retail sales efficiency increased by 14%, compared to the same
period last year.
