Result from AGM

XCounter AB (publ) (Nasdaq OMX First North: XCT), a technology leader in direct
conversion and photon counting digital X-ray imaging for medical, dental and
industrial markets, held its Annual General Meeting earlier today, Thursday 26
April, at which all resolutions were duly passed. 

At the AGM the members of the Board of Directors and alternate Directors were
re-elected and the no fees decision remains unchanged. 

It was furthermore decided to issue 99 713 new shares to the former CEO, Mikael
Strindlund, and to decide a grant of 10 000 warrants to the current CEO,
