RTT welcomes new Member to the Supervisory Board 

Munich, July 20, 2012 - At today's annual general meeting of Realtime
Technology AG (RTT) (ticker symbol: R1T) the successor for the withdrawing
Supervisory Board Member, Rudolf Ohnesorge was elected. Dr. Ralf D.
Schnell, CEO of the venture capital unit at Siemens Financial Services (SFS
VC) and Managing Director of Siemens Venture Capital GmbH, will assist the
company in his Supervisory role as one of six Supervisory Board Members
effective today.

Ralf Schnell is responsible for the worldwide venture capital activities of
Siemens with offices in Europe, Asia and the US. The business scope
currently covers Siemens' corporate venture capital program, a private
equity advisory mandate for the management of Siemens' Pension Trust
private equity portfolio, and the management of 'Siemens Global Innovation
Partners Fund I' (a VC fund-of-funds). Before joining SVC as CEO in 2005,
Ralf Schnell fostered and grew Infineon Technologies corporate venture
capital activities since 1998 and was Managing Director of Infineon
Ventures GmbH.

explained Dr. Ralf Schnell concerning his new role as RTT Supervisory Board
