As previously announced SimCorp's interim report for the first six months of
2010 will be released Thursday, 26 August 2010. The report will be presented by
SimCorp's Executive Management Board at an investor meeting Friday, 27 August
2010 at 9:00 a.m. 

As previously announced SimCorp's interim report for the first three months of
2010 will be released Thursday, 26 August 2010 in connection with the Board of
Directors' meeting that day. The report will be forwarded to NASDAQ OMX
Copenhagen A/S immediately after the meeting which is expected to finish around
5:00 p.m. 

SimCorp's Executive Management Board will present the interim report at an
investor meeting Friday, 27 August 2010 at 9:00 a.m. (CET) at the company's
headquarters, Weidekampsgade 16, 2300 Copenhagen S. The meeting will be open to
the public. An electronic meeting facility has been set up through the
following webcast where it will be possible to ask questions online via e-mail:
