Zurich, 2 October 2012 - At this year's conferment of the European Property Awards in London, Peach Property Group AG, a leading developer of top-quality residential properties in the German-speaking region of Europe, received a total of eight awards for achievements in project development and marketing. The company won the highest awards for each of the categories in which it competed.

'yoo berlin' with best apartment in Europe
Above all, Peach Property Group received European Property Awards for 'Best Apartment Europe' for its 'yoo berlin' project as well as 'Best Development Marketing Europe' for the 'Peninsula Beach House' situated on Lake Zurich. With these awards, the company also qualified for the global finals of the International Property Awards on 7 December in London.

The 6-room penthouse apartment on the 10^th floor of 'yoo berlin', with its spectacular view over the German capital and its interior design by 'yoo - inspired by Starck' has thus been honoured as the best apartment in Germany as well as in all of Europe. 'yoo berlin', situated directly on the river Spree in Berlin-Mitte, will comprise 95 condominiums and be completed in 2013. It is being realised in collaboration with Philippe Starck, Creative Director of 'yoo - inspired by Starck'. Four different design styles and exclusive amenities such as a concierge service, private wellness and spa area with a bar and café will be at the disposal of future residents. 'yoo berlin' won two further Property Awards for 'Highly Commended' in the categories 'Development Multiple Units Germany' and 'Development Marketing Germany'. Accordingly, these distinctions honour the wide-ranging accomplishments of Peach Property Group (Germany) GmbH in the realisation and marketing of the project.

Outstanding marketing for 'Peninsula Beach House' on Lake Zurich
Peach Property Group was also awarded top honours for its 'Peninsula Beach House' project, which is situated directly on the shores of Lake Zurich. With Property Awards for 'Best Development Marketing Europe', 'Best Development Marketing Switzerland' and 'Best Developer Website Switzerland', the 'Peninsula Beach

House' earned top grades for its point-of-sales, print and event-marketing measures as well as for its online presence (www.beach-house.ch). This exclusive residential property, with its 23 high-quality condominiums, also received the highest national Property Award in the category 'Development Multiple Units'. Top furnishings, a wellness area with its own swimming pool and a private fitness room, as well as direct access to the Lake are the distinguishing features of this ensemble on the Giessen peninsula in Wädenswil, outside Zurich. Completion is scheduled for 2014.
