Arvydas Bogocionkas and terminated his employment contract  due to mutual
agreement as from 18.05.2012.  As from  19.05.2012  Chartering and Operations
Director Alexandr Lisitskiy  has been appointed as acting general director 
until general director of  PC ' Lithuanian shipping company' is be elected.
