In the 14th ordinary shareholder meeting of Pankl Racing Systems AG (ISIN: AT0000800800) held on 27 April 2012, the shareholders have unanimously approved the motion of the management board and supervisory board to pay a dividend of EUR 0.40 per share for the financial year 2011.

Ex-dividend day and dividend payment day will be 2 May 2012. Raiffeisen Centrobank AG acts as point of payment.

The dividend is paid net of 25% withholding tax on capital income except an exemption applies. The dividend is credited directly to the custodian bank.

The non-consolidated financial statements of Pankl Racing Systems AG per 31 December 2011 show a net profit of EUR 2,855.699.65.

Based on 3,150,000 shares the payment of the dividend of EUR 0.40 per share amounted to EUR 1,260,000. The remaining amount will be carried forward for new account.
