ORCO Germany S.A. / Key word(s): Miscellaneous ORCO Germany S.A. announces the signing of three lease contracts for the Sky Office situated on the Kennedydamm. The new leases comprise ca. 5,500sqm of first-class office space resulting in an occupancy rate of about 90%. After the successful signing of the lease contract with lawyers and insolvency trustee Andres Schneider in November 2011, ORCO Germany signed additional three contracts with renowned companies: REWE Food Ingredients, the international consultancy Heidrick & Struggles as well as Elégance, a global fashion company. The exclusively mandated brokerage firm Jones Lang LaSalle acted as consultant. The high occupancy rate as well as the quality of the tenancy reflects the attractiveness of the Sky Office.
