MIKKO KILPELÄINEN WILL TAKE HIS POSITION AS PRESIDENT AND CEO OF HONKARAKENNE
ON AUGUST 1, 2012 

Mikko Kilpeläinen (40), appointed as President and CEO of Honkarakenne on May
7, 2012, will take his position on August 1, 2012. Kilpeläinen has worked as
CEO of Karelia-Upofloor Oy before moving to Honkarakenne. 

CFO Mikko Jaskari continues as acting President and CEO until Kilpeläinen
starts his work at Honkarakenne.
