Upon application by Metis Capital Ltd. the Frankfurt Stock Exchange has
revoked the admission of the Company's registered common shares (ISIN
IL0003570129) to listing on the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock
Exchange. The revocation order with respect to the admission to listing
will become effective at the end of 30 December 2009. The quotation of the
Company's shares on the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange
will be terminated at the same point in time.

The shares of the Company with the ISIN IL0003570129 will, for the time
being, continue to be held in the form of Collective Safe Custody
(Girosammelverwahrung) with Clearstream Banking Frankfurt. In Germany the
Company's shares are currently listed on the regulated unofficial markets
(Freiverkehr) of several German stock exchanges. However, the Company has
no influence on such listing. It is the Company's intent to achieve the
tradability of the shares currently deposited with Clearstream Banking
Frankfurt at the Tel Aviv Stock exchange. It is uncertain, though, when
such quotation can be implemented.
