Management changes at Pintsch Bamag and Pintsch Tiefenbach

Dinslaken / Sprockhövel, 2 May 2012 - After more than two-and-a-half years with the Pintsch Group, at his own request Hans-Günther Zeutzius (52) has resigned from both of his posts as Managing Director at Pintsch Bamag Antriebs- und Verkehrstechnik GmbH based in Dinslaken and its subsidiary Pintsch Tiefenbach GmbH of Sprockhövel with effect from 2 May 2012. Mr Zeutzius held the position of Commercial Managing Director in both companies. The Executive Board of Schaltbau Holding AG particularly wishes to thank him for his achievements and his high level of engagement.

Thomas Ruhs (48) will now take over the two posts of Commercial Managing Director made vacant by Hans-Günther Zeutzius and is responsible for the commercial matters of both companies with immediate effect. After completing his degree in economics at the University of Siegen, Thomas Ruhs held several leading positions in controlling and business, most recently as Commercial Managing Director at K.A. Schmersal GmbH in Wuppertal, a medium-sized, family-managed company in the field of industrial safety engineering.

Dr Rolf-Dieter Krächter (spokesman) and Hans-Ulrich Reichling remain members of management at Pintsch Bamag. Pintsch Tiefenbach continues to be managed by Roland Schroeter and Ulrich Nagorski.

Both Pintsch Bamag and Pintsch Tiefenbach are wholly owned subsidiaries of the Schaltbau Group, which now has annual sales of EUR 350 million, a workforce of some 1,800 employees and is a leading supplier of components and systems in the field of transportation technology. The enterprise supplies complete level crossing systems, shunting and signals technology, door systems for buses and trains, industrial braking systems for container cranes and also power supply units as well as high- and low-voltage components for railway vehicles. Its innovative and future-oriented products make Schaltbau a key business partner in the fields of transportation technology and industry.
