KINGHERO AG: Change in the Management Board

Munich, 24 August 2012. KINGHERO AG, the German holding company of a
fast-growing Chinese fashion company, hereby announces that Ms Xiaoping
Zhao-Moll resigns from her offices as member of the Management Board of
KINGHERO AG by mutual agreement with the Supervisory Board of the Company
with effect from 24 August 2012.

After having accompanied the successful IPO of KINGHERO and after
establishing the company in the international capital market, Xiaoping
Zhao-Moll now plans to take on new professional challenges.

'We respect Ms Zhao-Moll's decision and want to thank her for her long
lasting support to the Company. We wish her all the best for her future. We
will announce her successor as soon as possible', states Gerrit Kaufhold,
Chairman of the Supervisory Board of KINGHERO.
