Due to expansion of the JSC 'Latvijas tilti' activities and the need to attract
the construction industry professionals to the Board, and taking into account
the decision to amend the Statutes in respect of the changes in the Board
approved at the Shareholders' Meeting held on June 15, 2012, the Council of the
JSC 'Latvijas tilti' took the decision on June 15, 2012 to appoint the new
board members: 

  1. Igors Golcovs 
(the Head of Technical and Economic Department of JSC 'Latvijas tilti'),
     Member of the Board, with the right to represent the company jointly with
     all members of the Board;

Igors Golcovs has worked for JSC 'Latvijas tilti' from 01.06.2007. -
31.12.2011. as the Head of the Contract and Cost-estimate Department, while
starting from 01/02/2012. - until now, Igor Golcovs is the Head of Technical
and Economic Department of JSC 'Latvijas tilti'. Igors Golcovs  is not a
shareholder of the JSC 'Latvijas tilti'. 



  1. Andrejs Bočkarjovs 
(the Technical Director of the JSC 'Latvijas tilti'), Member of the Board,
     with the right to represent the company jointly with all members of the
     Board;

Andrejs Bockarjovs, the Chief Engineer of the JSC 'Latvijas tilti' from
01.07.2008. till 31.12.2011., while starting from 02/01/2012 until now, Andrejs
Bockarjovs is the Head of the Chief Engineer Department of JSC 'Latvijas
tilti'. Andrejs Bockarjovs owns 421 bearer shares of the JSC 'Latvijas tilti'. 



  1. Romāns Maizenbergs 
(the Head of the Chief Mechanical Engineer Department of the  JSC 'Latvijas
     tilti'), Member of the Board, with the right to represent the company
     jointly with all members of the Board;

Romans Maizenbergs from 03.10.2006. - until now is the Chief Mechanical
Engineer of the JSC 'Latvijas tilti'. Romāns Maizenbergs is not a shareholder
of the JSC 'Latvijas tilti'. 



Pursuant to the above decision of the Council of the JSC 'Latvijas tilti', the
member of the Board Sergejs Brovkins shall be recalled from the Board due to a
long-term absence, which the Council of the JSC 'Latvijas tilti' consider to be
a proper ground for dismissal of Sergejs Brovkins from the post.

Valērijs Gorjuns, Chairman of the Board

Regīna Vitrjaka, Member of the Board

Igors Goļcovs, Member of the Board

Andrejs Bočkarjovs. Member of the Board

Romāns Maizenbergs, Member of the Board.
