(IBA) and Viridian Energy & Environmental (Viridian) announced today the new
company name for their combined operations, Vidaris, Inc. 'We are focused on
the integration of services to deepen our capabilities for Clients,' said
Israel Berger, President of IBA and now CEO of Vidaris, Inc. 'Vidaris, Inc.
will serve as the conduit and corporate framework through which all our brands
and current service offerings will continue to be provided. The combination of
