It has been brought to the attention of the Directors of Innov8 Social
Media plc ('Innov8' or the 'Company') that the Company's stock has been
recommended by an investor research newsletter.

The Company wish to make it clear that it did not initiate this research
coverage and have no relationship with the newsletter.

The Company has seen an increase in its share price since the start of the
year which it feels is consistent with the positive trend in the social
media sector as a whole due to recent significant developments and
announcements by other companies currently undertaking IPO's, including
Facebook, which has brought investor attention to the potential financial

Innov8 continues to be satisfied with its current portfolio and is in
negotiations to make further pre-IPO investments, which the Management will
