Haldane McCall PLC commenced the construction of 1,000 units of Low cost
homes

Haldane McCall PLC subsidiary Suru Homes Limited today confirms it has
commenced the construction of 1,000 units of low cost homes in support of
Lagos State Government housing needs in Nigeria.

The total projects sum is Euro 23.5million. 

The projects will span 18 months and will be carried out in 10 phases.

The projects location is Ikorodu, Lagos, Nigeria.

Each will be sold for Euro 47k and will be offered with a 40% mortgage to
buyer. The mortgage will be provided by Nigerian Banks to buyers.

All the 100 homes in phase one have been 100% presold.  

The Nigerian Government estimated that it has a shortage of 16million new
home.
