Resolutions passed at the Annual General Meeting held on 30 July 2011 and Notice of Books Closure

HUIZHOU CITY, CHINA; 1 AUGUST 2011: Greater China Precision Components Limited ('GCPC') wishes to announce that all resolutions as set out in the Notice of AGM dated 15 June 2011 were duly passed at the Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company held on 30 July 2011.

Besides tabling the audited financial statements at the AGM, the members also approve the re-election of Directors, re-appointment of Auditors, payment of Directors' fee and payment of first and final dividend.

Member Record and Dividend Payment Dates

GCPC wishes to inform that the approved first and final dividend will be paid on 8 September 2011 based on a member record date of 17 August 2011.
