HUIZHOU CITY, CHINA; 3 September 2010: Following the retirement of Mr Chen Daorong and the resignation of Mr Jia Yufang, the Board of Directors of Greater China Precision Components Limited (the 'Company') wishes to announce that the retirement of Mr Chen Daorong was attributed to his endeavor to pursue personal commitment whereas the resignation of Mr Jia Yufang was attributed to his desire to retire from full time employment. Nevertheless, the Board appreciates Mr Jia Yufang past contribution and treasures his valuable experience which could still contribute to the growth of the Company and has therefore resolved to appoint Mr Jia Yufang as Senior Advisor to the Company.
