Meeting

HUIZHOU CITY, CHINA; 13 March 2012: Greater China Precision Components
Limited ('GCPC') wishes to announce that an Extraordinary General Meeting
('EGM') of GCPC will be held at the Meeting Room, New Production Base,
Green Precision Components (Huizhou) Co. Ltd., Digital Industrial Park,
Sandong, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, China on Saturday, 28 April 2012
at 3.00 p.m. for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing
the following Special Resolution with or without any modifications:-

AS A SPECIAL RESOLUTION

PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION OF THE COMPANY


1.      
That the Articles of Association of the Company be amended by inserting the
new Article 56A as follows:-

Article 56A

Members may participate at all general meeting by means of a conference
telephone, videoconferencing, audio visual, or other similar communications
equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting are
able to hear each other, without a shareholder being in the physical
presence of another shareholder or shareholders, and participation in a
meeting pursuant to this Articles shall constitute presence in person at
such meeting. A shareholder participating in a meeting in the manner
aforesaid may also be taken into account in ascertaining the presence of a
quorum at the meeting. Such a meeting shall be deemed to take place at the
venue of the meeting as stated in the notice of meeting.


If shareholders of GCPC intend to join the Extraordinary General Meeting on
28 April 2012 please register by 12 April 2012 at the latest. You will find
the participation form on GCPC's website.
