GK SOFTWARE AG Confirms Growth Course Once Again

• Sales grow by more than 18% in comparison with the same period in the previous year according to provisional figures, the EBIT rises by as much as 21%
• Growth forecast for 2011 confirmed

Schöneck, 18^th of November 2011- GK SOFTWARE AG has once again registered double digit growth during the first nine months of fiscal 2011. According to provisional figures, sales rose by more than 18 percent compared to the same period in the previous year to a figure of EUR 20.26 million. The EBIT was 21 percent higher than the figure for the previous year at EUR 2.81 million. Based on these very good third quarter results, the Management Board is standing by its growth forecast for 2011.

GK SOFTWARE AG recorded outstanding results during the first nine months of fiscal 2011 and was able to increase both its sales and EBIT significantly in comparison with the same period in the previous year. According to provisional figures, sales rose significantly by more than 18 percent from EUR 17.08 million to EUR 20.26 million. It was even possible to increase the total operating revenue by almost one quarter from EUR 18.26 million during the first nine months of the previous year to EUR 22.21 million in 2011. The EBIT rose by 21 percent over the figure for the previous year from EUR 2.25 million to EUR 2.81 million. The EBIT margin was 13.9 percent during the first nine months of fiscal 2011 (13.6% during the same period in the previous year).
Based on the results for the first nine months of the year, the current state of completion of projects and the sales pipeline, the Management Board continues to look ahead with great optimism. It is continuing to unreservedly stand by its forecast for ongoing double digit growth in sales for the full fiscal year in 2011 with an EBIT margin that is similar to previous years.
