Annual Shareholders' Meeting at GK SOFTWARE AG Agrees Dividend Payment

Schöneck, 17 June 2010 - The shareholders and representatives of
shareholders present at the second annual shareholder's meeting of GK
SOFTWARE AG after its IPO agreed to all the proposed resolutions
unanimously and approved of the actions of the Management and Supervisory
Boards. As a result, the annual shareholders' meeting followed the
suggestion made by these bodies to pay out a dividend of EUR 1.00 per
share. Part of the dividend payout is a special dividend of EUR 0.50 to
mark the 20th anniversary of the company's existence.

during the past few years and its sales revenues totaled EUR 23.3 million
in 2009. GK SOFTWARE AG achieved EBIT of EUR 4.9 million (EBIT margin of
20.1% on total operating revenue). The two founders and Management Board
members, Rainer Gläß (CEO) und Stephan Kronmüller (CTO), in conjunction
with the Management Board members Ronald Scholz (COO) and André Hergert
(CFO), have made GK SOFTWARE AG a profitable company with strong growth
since 1990.
