(TASE:GLOB) (NYSE:GZT), one of the largest owners and operators of
supermarket-anchored shopping centers in the world, announced today that it
will release its second quarter 2012 financial results on Tuesday, August 21,
2012. 

On the same day, Gazit-Globe's senior management will hold a conference call
and live webcast to review and discuss the second quarter results and overall
business environment at 17:00 Israel Time/ 15:00 United Kingdom/ 16:00 Central
European Time/ 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
