Flushing of the orderbook of AS „Latvijas Gāze” shares

AS ' Latvijas Gāze' on its Annual general shareholder meeting, held on July 6,
decided to pay a dividend 0.60 LVL per share. Dividend constitutes 10% of the
July 17 closing price. On July 18, 2012, the shares will go ex-dividend. 

Proceeding from the above, NASDAQ OMX Riga on July 17, 2012 decided after the
end of today's trading session to flush the order book of AS 'Latvijas Gāze'
(GZE1R).
