Final terms for new bond (junior covered bond)

BRFkredit will open a bond issue in pursuance of S. 33e of the Danish Mortgage
Credit Loans and Mortgage Credit Bonds etc. Act (junior covered bond). Final
terms for the bond are attached to this announcement. 

The prospectus for the bond is comprised of the attached final terms and the
previously dis-closed prospectus for bonds issued in pursuance of S. 33e of the
Danish Mortgage Credit Loans and Mortgage Credit Bonds etc. Act (junior covered
bonds) and previously disclosed addenda.
