FAST Casualwear: Strong order volume for spring collection 2013

Hamburg, 22 October 2012 - FAST Casualwear AG, a thriving manufacturer of
casual footwear and apparel in China, has introduced the new spring
collection 2013. The new products were well received by industry experts
and the order intake supports the company's expectation of continuous
strong sales growth.

With an order volume of already approximately 3 million units of apparel
and pairs of shoes FAST Casualwear successfully presented the new spring
collection 2013. The order quantity will lead to a continuous sales growth
in the first quarter 2013 compared to the first quarter 2012.

Under the concept 'Urban Fashion' the FAST spring collection 2013, which
was introduced in Jinjiang, comprises different products from the three
business segments. The product spectrum covers casual shoes, apparel and
accessories, convincing the audience with new materials, stylish designs,
innovative product technologies and high product quality.

Expansion of distribution network

The new collection should not only attract consumers but also enable FAST
to further expand its sales network. Since the launch of FAST's own brand
products in 2007, FAST's distribution network has expanded rapidly. In the
third quarter of 2012 FAST added 31 new retail outlets to its distribution
network. FAST Casualwear currently sells its products through a total of 25
distributors, which operate 147 exclusive FAST stores and 691 non-exclusive
retail outlets. Until the end of the year FAST Casualwear aims to expand
its distribution network further.

group of companies engaged in the design, production and sale of
casualwear, consisting of footwear and apparel including accessories. It
mainly designs and produces casualwear under its own brand name 'FAST',

unaffiliated regional distributors, who sell the products via retail

contract manufacturer for international brand owners, mainly from Europe
and the U.S. FAST's operating facilities are located in the southeast of
