ESTAVIS AG: Florian Lanz Steps down as CEO of Estavis AG

Berlin, 17 April 2012 - Florian Lanz has asked the Supervisory Board of
Estavis AG to release him from his position as chairman of the company's
board. The reason he quoted for his decision is the wish to focus on
proprietary projects in the future. At the request of Estavis, he will
remain closely affiliated with the company as advisor.

Said Dr. Karl-Josef Stöhr, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Estavis AG:
'While we deeply regret that Florian Lanz is leaving us, we should like to
thank him expressly for the good work he has done since taking the
company's helm in July 2009. Florian Lanz assumed chairmanship of the board
in a difficult situation that necessitated a fundamental shift in the
company's strategic focus. More than anyone else, Florian Lanz deserves
credit for the fact that Estavis managed to develop a new viable strategy
in no time at all, and to breathe life into it just as quickly. Not only
the Supervisory Board, but the workforce of Estavis, too, are deeply
grateful to him for this achievement. Today, he is leaving a company that
has expanded under his leadership into entirely new business areas, such as
housing construction or apartment retailing, and that has thereby
substantially widened its income basis. His name is moreover associated
with several key projects in Berlin in the area of listed property
redevelopment. He succeeded in stabilising Estavis AG during a difficult
phase, and to successively restore its profitability. We wish Florian Lanz
every professional success for the future, and are glad that he will
continue to maintain close ties with the company.'
