Dirk Löchner resigns from management team of Gebr. Bode GmbH & Co. KG, Kassel

Munich / Kassel, 30 April 2012 - Due to his appointment as further member of the Executive Board of Schaltbau Holding AG, Munich on 6 February 2012, Dirk Christian Löchner (51) of Bergisch-Gladbach has resigned from his position as member of management at Gebr. Bode GmbH & Co. KG, Kassel with effect from 23 April 2012.

Dirk Löchner remains Managing Director of Gebr. Bode & Co. Beteiligungs GmbH, where he is responsible for supervising foreign subsidiaries of the Bode Group and coordinating their activities with the parent company.

Gebr. Bode, a wholly owned subsidiary of Schaltbau Holding AG, Munich, is a leading supplier of door systems for buses and trains. Its range of products and services comprises the development, production, installation, commissioning and maintenance of door systems for city buses and coaches, city and regional trains and also high-speed trains.

Including the takeover of Tiefenbach GmbH, the Schaltbau Group now has annual sales of EUR 350 million, a workforce of some 1,800 employees and is a leading supplier of components and systems in the field of transportation technology.
