Stuttgart/Germany, August 16, 2011 - Digital Identification Solutions AG
(DISO), a leading international ID solutions provider, has a new
supervisory board. The new board members are Francesco Fabiani, Giorgio
Magnoni and Lukas Metzler. They were elected by the Annual General Meeting
held on 10th August 2011 with a 91.5 share of the votes cast.

The outgoing supervisory board members - Dr. Hans-Jörg Rotberg, Ralf Paul
and Uwe Stein-bacher - had either refrained from standing for re-election
or had withdrawn their candidacy after a successful first-round vote.
During their term of office - and due to their successful work - the
company was able not only to build upon several years of rapid growth but
also to enter the profit-zone.
