Nordic Mines AB's (Nordic Mines) Extra General Meeting (EGM), held on June 15,
2012 approved a rights issue whereby shareholders are entitled to one (1) new
share for every one (1) share held. The subscription price is SEK 6.00 per
share. The Ex-date is June 18, 2012. NASDAQ OMX Derivatives Markets has carried
out a re-calculation of options and forwards in Nordic Mines (NOMI).
