CORRECTION: CHANGES AT QPR SOFTWARE PLC'S MANAGEMENT - JAAKKO RIIHINEN TO HEAD

CORRECTION: Original message sent with limited distribution

Jaakko Riihinen has been appointed Senior Vice President, Products & Technology
and Member of the Executive Management Team at QPR Software Plc. Mr Riihinen
will begin his work as SVP, Products & Technology  on 13 August, 2012. Current
VP, Products & Technology Sami Tähtinen will move to drive QPR ProcessAnalyzer
OEM business.  He continues as a Member of the Executive Management Team until
12 August, 2012. 

Jaakko Riihinen moves to QPR from Nokia Siemens Networks, where he has since
2008 worked as Head of Research & Development at OSS Business Line as well as
in the Company's restructuring program. Prior to this in 2001-2008, he worked
as Director, Enterprise Architecture in Nokia and Nokia Siemens Networks. 

'Jaakko Riihinen brings strong product development leadership expertise to QPR,
as well as wide experience in managing enterprise architecture development in
large customer organizations. I believe his business experience will
significantly benefit QPR's growth business areas enterprise architecture and
process analysis businesses', says QPR's CEO Jari Jaakkola. 

Eero Knuutila has been appointed Vice President, Sales in Finland operations
and Member of the Executive Management Team. He has previously worked as
subsidiary Nobultec's Sales and Marketing Director. Nobultec's Managing
Director and QPR's Executive Management Team Member Mikko Mäki-Rahkola has been
appointed Vice President, Delivery in Finland operations. Knuutila and
Mäki-Rahkola report to Matti Erkheikki, SVP Finland Operations. 

As of 13 August, QPR Software's Executive Management Teams consists of Chief
Executive Officer Jari Jaakkola (chairman), VP Software Sales International
Maija Erkheikki, SVP  Finland Operations Matti Erkheikki, VP Marketing and
Communications Jyrki Karasvirta, VP Sales Eero Knuutila, VP Delivery Mikko
Mäki-Rahkola, VP Business Development Teemu Lehto, CFO Päivi Martti and SVP
Products and Technology Jaakko Riihinen.
