City Windmills Ltd. announces latest company developments

ESHER, U.K., April 23rd, 2012 - City Windmills, Ltd. (Frankfurt symbol: CYW
- www.citywindmills.com) is pleased to announce several recent Business
Development activities for the investor community.
City Windmills Ltd. has recently received the commitment from several high
net worth individuals for long term strategic investments into the Company.
These funds, whose amount is not yet being disclosed, will go mainly at
developing the relationship and manufacturing capability with U.S.
Government manufacturing entity, the company's manufacturing arm.
The company is now also putting a strong effort behind the upgrading of the
company to meet the Entry Standard Level at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
The company has teamed up with our investment banker Silvia Quandt, the
well-known investment banker to help in that direction. Silvia Quandt is
partnering with City Windmills Ltd. since June of 2011 and has issued a
research report on City Windmills with a target price for the CYW shares at

In order to enhance its product portfolio, City Windmills Ltd. is in
advanced negotiations regarding a licensing agreement with a European small
electric wind turbine company. The agreement is envisioned to have the
manufacturing/assembly performed by a U.S. Government manufacturing entity
and market that product offering in the Government and commercial markets
in North America.
