CENTROTEC Sustainable AG has no connection to centrotherm photovoltaics AG

In recent days there have been some confusion between the names of CENTROTEC Sustainable AG and centrotherm photovoltaics AG, which reported restricted scope for financial maneuver in an ad hoc announcement released last week. Against the backdrop of the latest announcements coming from the photovoltaic industry, the SDAX-listed company CENTROTEC Sustainable AG with its registered office in Brilon therefore takes this opportunity to clarify that it does not have, nor has ever had, any connection to centrotherm photovoltaics AG, which has its registered office in Blaubeuren. CENTROTEC Sustainable AG has the subsidiaries Wolf Heiztechnik, Brink Climate Systems and Ned Air operating in the field of heating, climate control and ventilation technology plus solar thermal, which involves tapping solar energy for water heating, heating systems support and industrial process heat, and also the Ubbink Group with operations in the field of gas flue systems for condensing boilers and air ducting solutions for ventilation systems. For the current 2012 financial year, based on the revenue and earnings achieved to date, CENTROTEC expects profitable growth with an operating profit close to the 2010 record.
