Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA has completely redesigned and
restructured its Investor Relations (IR) website which will be hosted under
aktie.bvb.de and www.bvb.de/aktie in the future. These are - besides a new
appearance - the main innovations of the new IR Website 'BVB Aktie':

* The new service of an additional mobile IR Website is specifically
designed for the needs of mobile internet users;
* The new interactive factsheet offers relevant key figures and other
important information. The available comparison and download functions
(.pdf/excel) enables a user to create individual content;
* The new interactive XETRA share price chart of 'BVB Aktie' contains
certain comparison functions for example to other stock exchange indices;
* User can follow the latest news via links to the 'social media'-platforms
Facebook, Twitter and google+ as well as via an available RSS-Feed;
* All company disclosures via the DGAP (Deutsche Gesellschaft für
Ad-hoc-Publizität mbH) online portal will be automatically integrated into
the new IR Website.

Moreover, IR information is made available uniformly over 30 national and
international online financial portals. Finally, the official facebook page
of Borussia Dortmund also contains the column 'BVB Aktie' where a selection
of IR information is made available.

The English Version of the new IR Website is still under construction, but
will be published soon.
