Borussia Dortmund: Employment contracts of Michael Zorc and Jürgen Klopp prematurely renewed until 2016

Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA has prematurely renewed the employment
contracts of its director sport Michael Zorc and its head coach Jürgen
Klopp. The employment contracts that were due to expire on June 30th, 2014
were prematurely renewed until June 30th, 2016.

'We are very delighted to extend both contracts at that early stage. Both
did an outstanding job in the last years', chairman Hans-Joachim Watzke
said. 'In the course of the meetings with Michael Zorc and Jürgen Klopp one
was left with the impression that both feel the enormous desire to help to
create and shape the future of Borussia Dortmund. We are now going to
pursue our objetives further on with personnel continuity and full of vim
and vigour'.

'I am very pleased to further accompany Borussia Dortnund on its sporting
path', director sport Michael Zorc said. 'The basis for a succesful future
is personnel continuity on all key positions.'

'I have the fortune to work for a great club',  head coach Jürgen Klopp
said. 'It is also important for me that the club even renewed the contracts
of my team with Zeljko Buvac and Peter Krawietz. We hihgly appreciate that
Borussia Dortmund placed trust in us for such a long period of time.' Klopp
further said 'that he has a huge desire to promote further on club's
development'.
