BKN International AG: Major New Home Entertainment Contract

BKN International AG, a global animation company engaged in the
distribution and marketing of animated children’s television programmes and
related consumer products, today reported that its recently opened office
in Barcelona, BKN New Media SL (“BKN SL”), has signed a major new contract
with one of Spain’s leading DVD distributors ENCICLOPÈDIA CATALANA, S.A.U.
(“ECSA”) to handle distribution of its Classic Collection I films and TV
series including A Christmas Carol, Robin Hood, Jungle Book, Legend of the
Dragon and Zorro: Generation Z.

Laura Tapias, Managing Director of BKN SL, commented “ECSA is one of
Spain’s leading independent DVD distributors and we are thrilled to have
them handling our distribution in Spain.”

Manuel Sanglas Muchart, Managing Director of ECSA, added “BKN has created a
wonderful catalogue of classic animated films and TV series that children
in Spain will enjoy.  We expect to sell hundreds of thousands of videos in
Spain in the next few years.”

The total contract, over a five year term, is valued at approximately USD
1.8 million with BKN’s share at approximately USD 1.0 million.

Matthew Graham-Clare, Managing Director of BKN Home Entertainment Ltd
added, “This is our first contract since forming the Company in February
and we intend to sign many more distributors internationally at MIPTV in
two weeks time including North America.  In the UK, our domestic market
where we distribute ourselves, we have secured our sales, marketing and
production staff and will launch this exciting catalogue in May to
customers.”

released monthly beginning September 2006 through December 2007:
