"Company"), the
children's German Company listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, announced
today that it has been advised by the Gordon Group Holdings LLC that as of
August 7, 2003 it holds 1,090,610 shares of the Company and thereby
crossed the
10% ownership threshold. This represents 11.72% of the Company's total
share
capital.
